I hereby authorize my bank to deduct from my bank account this payment of my SH INTERNET, as indicated above. SH INTERNET, will note this transaction on my account until funds are secured from my banking institution. Please note that, in the event SH INTERNET, is unable to secure funds from your bank account for this transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in your account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by you when you submit your electronic payment, further collection action may be undertaken by SH INTERNET, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law.
REFUND POLICY
A proof of purchase dated within 30 days required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exhcanges must be new and unused. Open Items will only be accepted if item is defective, and we will exchange for the exact item.
